First we need a Fisheye Converter (or Adapter). Here I use Nikon FC-E9 for Nikon Coolpix 5700, 8700 and 8800..
Afterwards - fast normal lens with focussing distance aprox. 0.45m, and filter size close to 46mm - in order to avoid vignetting.
Few step-down rings. They should look like this:

And of course a camera body..
